The creator

Hi, I'm Paulo Nakanishi — a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who has spent years working with data at companies like iFood and HP.

Like every analyst, I lost countless hours on the same repetitive file chores: merging dozens of Excel reports with slightly different columns, splitting CSVs too big for Excel to open, converting exports for Python or SQL ingestion. I built DataMani to make those tasks take seconds instead of hours — for me, and for every analyst facing the same grind.

Why DataMani exists

Every existing solution had a trade-off: Excel needs licenses and VBA macros, Python needs setup and coding knowledge, and cloud tools require uploading sensitive data to someone else's server. DataMani removes all three: free, no code, and your files never leave your browser.

Privacy by design
