DataMani provides free, browser-based tools for data manipulation including merging Excel files, splitting CSVs, converting file formats, removing duplicates, and transposing CSV data. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use DataMani only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process data you do not have the right to access or manipulate
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disable, or interfere with the site
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the site
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The DataMani name, logo, design, and code are the property of their respective owners. The open-source libraries used (SheetJS, PapaParse, JSZip, FileSaver.js) are subject to their own respective licenses.

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any files you process using DataMani.

DataMani is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The output files will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose
• The service will be compatible with all browsers or devices

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of output files before using them in production or business-critical contexts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataMani and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or errors in processed files.
